Return and Refund Policy:

• Exchange and refund are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products offered on our store.
• All products displayed on our store are eligible for the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
• Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in the original packaging.
• Returns within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
• Please contact us through our "Contact Us" page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
• Please photograph the product and send it along with specifying the city, address, and order number to be exchanged for another product if the product is spoiled or has a specific defect, or is not usable according to the agreed-upon terms.
• The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the received product is completely different from the product description on our website.
• We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of products by the customer that were not mentioned on the product page on our website.
• A deduction of 30% or a minimum value of 25 Dirhams will be applied if the customer does not want the product and it has no defect or any noticeable problem.
